Our warranty coverage

We warranty that our Whitetail Concrete coating products will not yellow due to UV rays for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Additionally, our coatings will not chip, peel, separate, or delaminate when applied to properly installed and prepared horizontal interior surfaces.

Warranty terms:

• Residential applications: Lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.
• Commercial & industrial applications: Covered for 10 years.
• Outdoor applications: Covered for 10 years from the original installation date or a lifetime warranty if an additional coat of Squire is added.

Exclusions & additional terms:

• Cracks and joints are not covered due to natural shifting of concrete during seasonal thawing and freezing. Repairs are available starting at $200.
• Walkable in 12-16 hours; vehicle traffic in 48 hours.
• Final payment is due upon project completion.
• Credit and debit card payments incur a 2.9% processing fee.
• Late payments accrue a 5% late fee after 30 days past due.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to the specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. If either party commences legal action to enforce its rights pursuant to this agreement, the prevailing party in said legal action shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of litigation relating to said legal action, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction. Client has a three (3) day right to cancel without loss of deposit.
